These tasty<br />morsels make a perfect gift for friends and family.<br /><br />Prep time 20 minutes<br />Setting time about 2 hours<br />Makes about 14<br /><br />Ingredients<br />100g Cadbury Dairy Milk<br />100g salted pretzels<br />1 Cadbury Fudge Bar, roughly chopped<br />30g glace cherries, roughly chopped<br />25g pecan nuts roughly chopped<br />White chocolate decorating stars or edible glitter (optional)<br /><br />Instructions<br />1. Have ready two baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper.<br />2. Melt the Dairy Milk, in a basin over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Meanwhile<br />break the pretzels into pieces, around 0.5cm in size.<br />3. When the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and stir in the pretzel pieces<br />until evenly coated. The stir in the fudge pieces, glace cherries and nuts.<br />4. Spoon heaps of the pretzel mixture onto the lined baking trays and decorate with the<br />stars or glitter if being used. Leave in a cool place until the chocolate has set. Then enjoy<br />or parcel up into cellophane bags, tied with ribbon and hand written labels to give as<br />Christmas gifts.<br /><br />Yuletide Chocolate Bark<br /><br />Make something to share with your loved ones. Melted chocolate adorned with all your favourite toppings and then left to set. Nuts, seeds, sweets, dried fruits, marshmallows and biscuit pieces can all be used. Just let your imagine run wild.<br /><br />Prep time 20 minutes<br />Setting time about 2 hours<br />Serves 12<br /><br />Ingredients<br />200g Cadbury Dairy Milk<br />50g Cadbury Snow Bites, crushed into small pieces<br />1 Cadbury Fudge Bar, chopped into small pieces<br />20g dried cranberries<br />10g pink mini marshmallows.<br />Instructions<br />1. Have ready a baking tin of approximately 30cm by 20cm, lined with non-stick baking<br />paper.<br />2. Melt the Dairy Milk, in a basin over a saucepan of gently simmering water. When the<br />chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and spread evenly over the surface of the<br />baking paper. You can make it as thick or thin as you like.<br />3. Before the chocolate has begun to set, scatter all the remaining ingredient s evenly over<br />the surface of the chocolate.<br />4. Leave in a cool place until the chocolate has set, then break into shards. Enjoy or parcel<br />up into cellophane bags, tied with ribbon and hand written labels to give as Christmas<br />gifts.<br /><br />Festive Hot Chocolate Fudge Stirrers<br /><br />Delicious fudgy flavoured chocolate stirrers, crafted with love and designed to make a mug of hot chocolate taste even better.<br /><br />Prep time 20 minutes<br />Setting time about 3 hours<br />Makes about 10<br /><br />Ingredients<br />A little sunflower oil<br />150g Cadbury Dairy Milk<br />1 Cadbury Fudge Bar, roughly chopped<br />A selection of decorations, such as fudge pieces, sugar strands, edible shimmer pearls,<br />chocolate vermicelli, white chocolate decorating stars or edible glitter<br />Instructions<br />1. Have ready a deep ice cube tray and some ice lolly sticks. Dip a piece of kitchen roll into<br />a little oil and use to grease the insides of just 10 of ice cube compartments.<br />2. Melt the Dairy Milk, in a basin over a saucepan of gently simmering water. When the<br />chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and stir in the fudge pieces. Immediately<br />divide this mixture between the ten ice cube compartments. It will approximately half fill<br />about each compartment.<br />3. Decorate the surface of each cube with your chosen decoration. As the mixture begings<br />to cool, it will thicken. As soon as the mixture is thick enough to hold up a lolly stick add<br />one to the centre of each cube<br />4. Leave in a cool place until the chocolate mixture has completely set and hardened.<br />Remove from the ice cube tray and parcel up, individually, into cellophane bags, tied<br />with ribbon and hand written labels to give as Christmas gifts.<br /><br />Like this?
